Olivia was born and raised in Montana and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences with a minor in Business from Chadron State College. Her professional background includes administrative support, client service, and business operations across a variety of industries. Through these experiences, she developed strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting both clients and teams.


Olivia joined Skyline Search Partners in 2026 as the company's Office Administrator. Her role focuses on supporting daily operations, bookkeeping, and payroll administration while helping keep internal processes running smoothly.

Recently, Olivia relocated to Minnesota with her husband, Josh, and their son, Elijah. As a Montana native, she's enjoyed exploring a new state and discovering all the family-friendly adventures Minnesota has to offer. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, and keeping up with her busy three-year-old.

Olivia’s favorite athlete is Alysa Liu because of her positivity, kindness, authenticity, and strong sense of self. When it comes to music, she appreciates a wide variety of genres and especially enjoys artists who tell meaningful stories through their songs, with Taylor Swift being a favorite for her storytelling and artistic range, an admittedly popular opinion, but a solid one.
