Ali was born and raised in Le Sueur, Minnesota, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Augsburg College. After graduation, she began her career with a scientific staffing firm, where she quickly discovered a passion for recruiting and connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities. Since entering the staffing industry in 2017, Ali has built nearly a decade of recruiting experience focused on scientific, engineering, and technical talent.

Ali joined Skyline Search Partners in June of 2026 as a Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator. In her role, she supports candidate sourcing, recruiting operations, and talent identification efforts across Skyline's Engineering, Operations, and Tecnical recruiting practices. Her background in both science and recruiting allows her to effectively understand technical skill sets while helping clients connect with top talent.

Ali lives in the northwest metro with her husband and their daughter. Family is a central part of her life, and she enjoys spending time with her parents, younger brother, and young nephew. Outside of work, Ali enjoys watching movies, going on walks, staying active through fitness, and gathering with friends and family for board games.

Ali's favorite athlete is Stephanie Samedy, former University of Minnesota volleyball standout and U.S. Olympic volleyball player. Having played volleyball throughout high school and college, Ali has always admired Samedy's athleticism, competitiveness, and impact on the game. Her favorite musician is Taylor Swift, whose music she has followed since she was twelve years old. Ali appreciates Swift's ability to continually evolve as an artist while remaining authentic and connected to her fans.
