Job Title: Senior Plumbing Engineer/Designer‍

‍Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Position Overview

‍As a Senior Plumbing Designer, you’ll lead the design and coordination of plumbing systems for complex commercial, institutional, and healthcare facilities. You'll play a key role in project execution, collaborating with engineers, architects, and clients to deliver high-performing, code-compliant systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of a two- or four-year technical or engineering program
  • 15+ years of experience in the design of plumbing systems for healthcare, commercial, and institutional buildings
  • Deep knowledge of plumbing codes, design standards, and system sizing for domestic water, sanitary, storm, and medical gas systems
  • Proven experience managing plumbing design scope on large projects
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and CAD platforms is a plus
