Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) – Commercial Projects

‍‍Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Position Overview

‍In this senior-level role, you will lead the design and coordination of HVAC and plumbing systems for a variety of commercial building projects. You will serve as a technical expert, contribute to project strategy and execution, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, energy standards, and best practices in system design
  • Ability to lead projects, coordinate across disciplines, and engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Revit and mechanical design software tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
