Sales Team Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales department, developing strategies to drive revenue growth across all service lines. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the technology services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and IT services, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of technology services, including managed IT and document management solutions.
