Overview
We are partnering with a growing real estate development and design organization seeking a Project Lead – Architecture to play a key role in the design, coordination, and execution of commercial development projects.
This individual will serve as a central bridge between technical design teams and project leadership, helping drive architectural efforts from concept through construction administration. The ideal candidate brings strong technical architecture experience, thrives in collaborative environments, and enjoys balancing project leadership, design execution, and consultant coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Leadership & Design Coordination
- Lead and direct architectural project teams, including external consultants, through design, development, and construction administration phases
- Coordinate architectural efforts across multiple active projects simultaneously
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes from concept through completion
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with project managers, development teams, civil teams, and other internal partners to align project objectives and timelines
- Coordinate with outside consultants and technical specialists to support successful project delivery
- Maintain strong communication between project teams and leadership throughout project execution
Construction Administration & Technical Execution
- Review and process project submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and change management documentation during construction phases
- Support construction administration efforts to ensure design intent and project quality are maintained
- Assist with architectural project budgeting and project coordination efforts
Presentation & Documentation
- Develop presentation drawings, renderings, and visual materials for governing agencies, stakeholders, and internal leadership teams
- Support public presentations, entitlement efforts, and architectural review processes
- Help maintain and improve architectural standards, prototype details, and drawing consistency across projects

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 3+ years of architectural experience
- 2+ years of project management and/or construction administration experience
- Completion of the Architectural Experience Program (AXP)
- Currently pursuing architectural licensure (ARE process underway)
- Strong organizational, communication, and technical problem-solving skills
Preferred
- LEED Accreditation
- Experience supporting prototype, multi-site, or rollout projects
- Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong presentation, rendering, and documentation capabilities
