Position Summary:
We seek a motivated Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of bespoke water treatment system projects. This role involves managing resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders to ensure each project aligns with company's reputation for high-quality, application-specific solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, automation, chemical engineering, fabrication, panel building, testing) to execute projects from inception to completion
- Develop detailed project plans: scope, schedule, cost estimates, risk registers
- Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining communication and managing expectations
- Monitor budgets, track costs, and control expenditures
- Coordinate fabrication, assembly, and commissioning with internal and external teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards in execution
- Manage SRs/SPs such as reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, ion-exchange, and media filtration systems
- Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency, cost, and quality
- Prepare internal/external reports and maintain project metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in water treatment, process equipment, or industrial systems
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and EPC-style projects
- Strong client-facing and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar PM software
- PMP certification preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS and industrial safety standards
- Candidate must be based within a commutable distance or willing to relocate to Chaska, MN
