The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a balance of strategic foresight and operational precision.  As a Buyer / Planner, you will manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory levels, and collaborate across departments to support our mission of delivering innovative medical solutions that improve lives.

Inventory & Demand Planning - Monitor inventory levels to ensure alignment with production schedules and forecasted demand. Optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.

Strategic Purchasing - Align procurement strategies with evolving business needs and customer requirements to support operational efficiency and cost control.

Purchase Order Management - Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Ensure timely closure of POs and maintain accurate records for audit and reporting.

Supplier Evaluation & Selection - Assist in identifying and selecting suppliers based on cost-effectiveness, reliability, and delivery performance. Support onboarding and qualification processes.

Market & Supplier Analysis - Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions and continuously improve procurement processes.

Manufacturing Coordination - Generate work orders for in-house manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with production timelines and resource availability.
